Devon Jewellery Workshops tutor Sam Photic is a highly experienced maker, working and exhibiting with some of the leading craft and art galleries in the UK. His work is currently exhibited with galleries in London, Cambridge and St Ives alongside his teaching practice. He has lectured to university students and has a huge enthusiasm for teaching, alongside assisting numerous artists and jewellers with the production of their work both within the UK and internationally.
Jewellery experiences / workshops are suitable for all ages and make for a truly wonderful day out and equally as a gift for individuals, groups, friends, families and children. The end result is a beautiful treasure to take home and keep after the session alongside learning the techniques of an ancient craft. A half day workshop is the perfect amount of time for a beginner make a first ring (copper/brass included for free, or in silver for an additional £15 approximately, subject to metal prices). Your tutor Sam will tailor your tuition to your needs, so this is a fantastic beginner friendly course or for those looking to improve their existing skills.
